Terms of Service

DRAFT — not yet reviewed by a lawyer, and not yet true. Three things must be filled in and confirmed before this page goes live: the legal entity that operates bbBinge and bills the card, its registered business address, and the support email that is actually monitored. Auto-renewal law requires an identifiable seller with a real address, so this document is incomplete until those exist. Every price and date below must also be checked against what Stripe is actually configured to charge.

These Terms govern your use of bbbinge.com and the bbBinge game and membership (the "Service"), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY — to be confirmed] ("bbBinge," "we," "us"), registered at [BUSINESS ADDRESS — to be confirmed]. By creating an account, playing, or paying, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can have an account

You must be 18 or older to create an account, and you must be 18 or older to enter a payment method. bbBinge is built for basketball families, and children are welcome to play — but they play on a parent or guardian's account, supervised by that adult, who remains responsible for everything done on it.

We do not knowingly create accounts for anyone under 18. If you believe a child has created their own account, email us and we will delete it and any information attached to it.

2. Free for two months, then it renews

Read this part twice — it is the part that costs money. When you start a membership you give us a card. You are not charged for the first two months. At the end of the second month, your card is automatically charged $19, and then $19 every month after that, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, in one click, from your account.

If you cancel	You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

We will email you a reminder at least three days before the first charge, telling you the exact date and the exact amount, with a cancel link in the email. If we ever change the price, we will tell you in advance and you will have the chance to cancel before the new price applies.

Other ways to pay

Annual — billed once a year and renews annually until cancelled.
Founder — a one-time payment, not a subscription. It does not renew and it is not charged again.

Whatever you choose, the price, the billing frequency, and the renewal date are shown to you on the checkout page before you pay, and again in your receipt.

3. Coins, points and prizes are not money

Quarters, coins, points, tokens, streaks, ranks and prizes inside bbBinge are parts of a game. They have no cash value. You cannot buy them, you cannot sell them, you cannot exchange them for money or for anything outside the game, and we cannot pay them out. Nothing in bbBinge is gambling and no part of the Service lets you wager money.

The Coin Vault, the slot bonus, the duels and the tournaments are games of trivia knowledge and speed dressed in arcade clothing. Your quarters come from playing, never from a purchase. If your account ends, for any reason, anything you have accumulated inside the game ends with it and is not refundable or transferable.

4. Competitions, opponents and leaderboards

bbBinge includes tournaments, duels and leaderboards. Please understand two things plainly:

Some opponents you play against are computer-controlled, not other people. Where that is the case we say so in the game.
Entry to any competition is by playing. There is no entry fee and no purchase improves your chance of winning. Prizes, where offered, are described at the time and are not cash.

5. Your account

Keep your password and email secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one household. Do not share credentials, script the games, automate play, or use another person's account.

6. What you may not do

Break, probe or work around the paywall, the membership check, or any other limit.
Copy, scrape or republish our questions, content or code.
Use the Service to harass anyone, or upload anything unlawful.
Resell access, or use the Service to build a competing product.

We may suspend or close an account that does these things. If we close a paid account for breaking these rules, we do not owe a refund for the remaining period.

7. The trivia content

Our questions are generated from factual records about basketball — who won what, in which year. Facts are not owned by anyone. bbBinge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NBA, the WNBA, the NCAA, any team, any league, or any player. Team and player names are used only to state facts about them.

We work hard to be accurate and we still get things wrong. If you find a wrong answer, tell us and we will fix it. Nothing here is intended as a source of record.

8. Changes to the Service

bbBinge is actively being built. Games, formats, questions and features will change, and some will be retired. We will not remove a paid feature you are currently paying for without telling you and giving you the chance to cancel.

9. Ending your membership

You can cancel any time from your account. You can also ask us to delete your account entirely — see the Privacy Policy. We may end or suspend the Service, or your access to it, if we stop operating, if you break these Terms, or if we are required to. If we stop operating bbBinge entirely, we will refund any period you have paid for and not received.

10. No warranty, and the limit of what we owe

The Service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular game, question or competition will always be available.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located there. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
